Årsmöteshandlingar: Dagordning, föredragningslista, verksamhets- och förvaltningsberättelser, samt eventuella propositioner (styrelsens förslag) och motioner (medlemmarnas förslag) kommer att läggas upp på: https://www.budokampsport.se/forbund/arsmoten/
Motioner – 15 januari
Förslag till ärenden att behandlas vid årsmötet (motioner) får skickas in av föreningar anslutna till Svenska Muaythaiförbundet. Motion ska skriftligen ha inkommit till förbundet styrelse@muaythai.se senast den 15 januari.

Rösträtt – 31 januari
Alla medlemsföreningar är välkomna att närvara på årsmötet. Rösträtt har enligt stadgarna de föreningar som rapporterat antalet medlemmar samt betalat medlems- och försäkringsavgifter enligt förbundets anvisningar senast den 31 januari. Information skickades per mejl till alla medlemsföreningar under december, förening som inte hittar sitt utskick kontaktar info@budokampsport.se
Valberedningen – 31 januari
Vill du nominera någon för uppdrag i förbundsstyrelsen gör du det till valberedningen senast den 31 januari. Uppge namn, klubbtillhörighet och kontaktuppgifter till den som nomineras. Valberedningens arbete underlättas om den som nominerar också skriver en kort motivering. Nomineringar skickas till valberedning@muaythai.se
